1. Operator and contact

2. Accounts and connected services

You must use a Savewise account that you control. You may connect a Google account only if you own it or have permission to access it. Savewise uses Google's authorization flow and requests Gmail read-only access. Savewise does not ask for your Google password or one-time passcodes.

You can disconnect Gmail, delete imported Gmail data, or delete your Savewise account through the app's settings. Google and other providers may apply their own terms and access controls.

3. Offers and rewards

Savewise organizes offers that you enter or import. Savewise does not issue, sell, or guarantee the offers. An offer may be expired, unavailable, limited to some users, or subject to conditions that are not shown in Savewise.

Check the original source and the provider's current terms before you use an offer. The provider makes the final decision about eligibility and redemption. Savewise is not affiliated with the providers named on the site.

4. Automated extraction

Savewise may use automated tools to identify offer details in candidate emails. Automated results can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for checking the source email and the offer terms before relying on an extracted detail.

Savewise uses Google user data only to provide user-facing wallet and offer-import features. It does not use Google user data for advertising, sale, data brokerage, credit decisions, or training generalized AI/ML models.

5. Information you provide

You are responsible for the offers and other information that you add to Savewise. You confirm that you have permission to provide it. You give V2 Labs Limited the limited right to host, process, and display that information only as needed to provide and secure Savewise.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Savewise to access accounts without permission, bypass provider security, interfere with the service, or break the law. Do not use Savewise to misrepresent an offer or infringe another person's rights.

7. Privacy

The Privacy Policy describes how V2 Labs Limited accesses, uses, stores, and shares account, offer, and Gmail data. It also describes how you can disconnect Gmail and delete your data.

8. Availability and fees

Savewise is in private testing. Features may change, be interrupted, or be removed. V2 Labs Limited will show any price and applicable terms before it offers a paid feature. Savewise currently has no paid features.

9. Consumer rights and liability

These terms do not remove consumer rights or other legal rights that cannot be excluded or limited by law. To the extent the law permits, V2 Labs Limited does not guarantee that every offer is valid or that Savewise will be available without interruption.

10. Changes and contact
